How to Play

Powerball is a game of chance whereby five numbers are randomly drawn from a barrel of 45, and a sixth 'Powerball' number is drawn from a separate barrel of 45. The Powerball draw occurs every Thursday.

Play Powerball at any SA Lotteries agency by:

• Marking a Powerball coupon with your lucky numbers;
• Choosing a quicker way to play ; or
• Trying a System entry to multiply your winnings

Like all SA Lotteries games, Powerball is governed by rules on how the game is to be conducted, including:

• conditions of entry and participation;
• prize structure;
• determination of winning entries; and
• payment or delivery of prizes.
