Saturday X Lotto Changes

Advance Entry Supression

Effective 7.00pm, Saturday 31 July 2010, players will only be able to place entries in Saturday X Lotto draws up to, and including, Saturday 22 January 2011.

Why has this taken place?

• SA Lotteries is currently participating in a review of Saturday X Lotto to ensure that the game remains attractive in an increasingly competitive market.
• As a result, SA Lotteries has suppressed the availability of advance entries beyond 22 January 2011.
• It is anticipated that the outcome of the review will be communicated in January 2011.
• As Saturday X Lotto is administered jointly with other Australian lottery providers, SA Lotteries is unable to independently discuss the review until then.

What is the implication of this?

SA Lotteries terminals will not accept entries into any Saturday X Lotto draw beyond draw #3079 (Saturday 22 January 2011).

When will 26-week entries become available again?

Full availability of advance entries will resume once the restriction is lifted on Sunday 23 January 2011.
